👩🍳 As a UX Design Lead,
As a UX lead on the Design Innovation Team, I help to shape UX strategy, design standards for various digital initiatives, from complex services to products and guide designers through mentoring and support.
👨🎤 As a Design Ops Lead,
I establish design operations in DSTA to support growing and evolving design teams and promulgate systematic and efficient processes and measures that support scale solutions for rapidly escalating complexities in DSTA.
🧛♀️ As a Product Designer,
I collaborate across multi-disciplinary design and dev teams with product owners and managers to conceptualise, create, and deliver next-generation products and services for the users and stakeholders.
I work on apps and platforms for operation management, strategic planning, autonomous control, geographical information system, situation awareness and monitoring with integration of AI and DA.
I thrives in complex working environments and wears 3 hats simultaneously at work. Surprisingly, this has given me invaluable insights to better understand both the concerns of higher-ups and real ground issues. I am able to empathise with each role deeply and provide effective solutions with my strong strategic skills to different groups of people.
My current focus is building up and enabling high-performing teams to deliver iterative, high quality, human-centred work that provides real value to users.

I was impressed at her ability to grasp concepts and strategic intent quickly, and can be relied upon to work through the details with minimal guidance.
